The staff at the Middleburg Heights location is beyond wonderful. They are completely knowledgeable on so many different topics. Always a pleasant trip. I would recommend this staff to ANYONE. We are dedicated Petco shoppers 1000% due to them. They deserve huge acknowledgment !
Petco is one of my favorite places, because I can take my best friend. My puppy gets so excited when he realizes where we're going! Everyone is happy, polite, and helpful there. If the atmosphere was like the one at the PetCo by my house every place I travel to, I would always be in a great mood!!
This Petco is one of my favorites. Very clean store. All of the fish and small pets are taken care of very well. I will pass up 4 pet stores to go to this one. They will match their online prices which are similar to Amazon.
Awesome, personal and knowledgeable service. Steven does an great job. All the staff has provided me with great customer service. I have been a customer since the store opened.
They had our order ready to go on pickup (our local petco didn't have tanks in stock, so I purchased on hold here). The staff members brought the tanks out to our car on pickup on a cart so we could load them up. The store looked well stocked in small animal supplies.
