Went to refinance and was given extremely bad info. Mortgage guy gave me quotes $200.00 higher a month than the branch banker. No one contacted me back to apologize or explain the difference. Manager is fantastic but I'm not to happy about this though.
My husband and I love coming to this location! It’s the only one we will ever go to! Katie, Madison and Kayla are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They know us by name and have been nothing but true gems! The best team by far!

Just had a great experience with a banker whose name I wish I could remember. He deposited my check as cash, allowing me immediate access by my card -- something NONE of the Huntington bankers have ever done when I try to deposit my work check. He made small talk with me while he worked, talking about silly things like my dog's birthday party I'm having.
