Worst bank ever. Currently my account is frozen due to their incompetent employees that don't do their job properly because they are too busy flirting with the customer as he is married to top it off. He said all I needed was my id and I even asked are you sure because every other bank I have needed my social security card and proof of address and he said no just your I'd. He called me about a week later and left a voicemail asking me to either text him or email him my social security card and of course I didn't because it's my social security card. Well now I can't use my card at the store I can't get money out and they are still accepting my pay checks that I can't spend because they froze my account because of their employee and the man even said on the phone that it's not my fault it was the employees fault so why can't I get my money then

I’ve been banking there for several years and have no complaints!! Staff has always be kind, courteous and professional as are the managers. It’s definitely worth the drive and going into Walmart. They are also open most holidays!! So convenient

I cannot understand why this bank has a low rating. Time and time again they have had my back and done absolutely everything they could to help me. Recently the branch manager here went out of his way to spend about an hour on the phone discussing a cashier check that i was suspicious of, and then when i went there spent even more time helping to verify the check and give me all the information he could. I have tried to call corporate several times to inform them how wonderful he is. He saved me from losing almost four thousand dollars and being an unwitting accomplice to fraud. I am a very happy customer and will stay loyal to this bank for many reasons, but mainly because of the manager's extraordinary performance every time i go there. Thank you so much for making me comfortable to bank here!

I actually love this bank located inside Walmart in Strongsville. The service is a lot better then the one in the steelyard. The workers are very professional and courteous.
