If I can give this company a negative 5 star I would! They have been nothing but a nightmare to us. Beware of their hard money loan they will tell you about for FIX AND FLIP they have no idea what they are doing they broker out the loan and don’t disclose alllll the fees hidden! We got charged almost 9k in closing cost for a deal under 150k. Since day one the original guy Andrew was working with us barely disclosed the truth and then handed us to Julie and did not want to answer any questions said this loan is no longer in my hands. They said the deal will happen in 2 weeks it took them 45days! Throughout the whole process Julie spoke to me once over the phone. Did not answer or call back and was horrible at responding to emails as well. We closed on the deal and still no one can call us to answer our questions please BEWARE of this company!!!! I highly recommend USA privatemoney

Josh Cantwell and his team have built a company worth talking about. They provide fair and reasonable financing options on investment real estate. Not many companies can provide 100% financing for Acquisition AND Rehab costs, Freeland Does.

STAY AWAY from Freeland Lending. They dry-funded one of our Clients' deals (closed the deal but never actually sent the funds for almost two weeks!); I've never had anything like that happen and it was truly a mess..luckily my Client was fortunate to have a gracious Seller otherwise everyone would have been suing each other. Freeland took no responsibility for this nor did they apologize to anyone. Freeland's communication is just horrendous and they only have one main number to call but only their off-site receptionists ever answer..no one you're trying to reach is ever accessible. They have a guy named Chris Hofford running their Office who has absolutely NO clue what he is doing or any people skills whatsoever. On top of this their rate and fees are very high, yet they ask for full documentation and are very conservative when underwriting. You have been warned - we only shared our worst horror story about Freeland but there are others.
