I stood outside for a 1/2 hour while two woman inside laughing and looking at me then to unlock the door to a man who just walked up and serve him 1st while I was 1st in line poor location I would expect more from a bank no class here go somewhere else

Why is it impossible to speak to an employee at my bank branch by phone? The phone number goes straight to a recording and suggests I call a 1800 number.
