This is where i work. And i will tell you one thing this is the best job in the world for me. I love working with all the animals and working with everyone that comes in the door. Because we do not treat you like a customer we treat you like a family member that we've not seen in a long time. So come in and see us.
Very clean, very helpful,very friendly.
We always go here for our kitten and we also got plenty for our lizard and Betty before they passed. Have a great selection and are always helpful and friendly here. Only complaint is that their prices are kinda high, even if you have their discount card (which is free and definitely something that you should ask about when you visit.)
I really wanted to give this store a chance as it's the closest one to my home, and although the overall cleanliness of the store has improved, the staff are still greatly lacking. I have been in that store three times in the last month to try to buy fish, and each time, I've waited and waited by the fish while watching staff giggle on their phones at the register. I left without purchasing anything every time and even skipped a job interview with this store because I'm so frustrated with the employees. If I can't stand to be around them when I'm a customer I can't imagine how I would feel if they were my coworkers. I'll still frequent PSP because overall I enjoy the experience, but I'll be making the longer drive to the Wintersville store from now on.
