I’ve banked at citizens my entire life and since the new bank president took over it has slowly went down hill. Employee turnover is very high. It’s so bad that they ask me if I have an account and that’s sad when their slogan is “ first class service, first name basis.” What a joke this financial institution has become.
Keep your banking local and you'll be glad you did. They make great home loans and you can always get service when you need it.
