Thank you sooo much to all the staff today at the Lebanon location and Christina on the phone for helping us in a bind. My newborn wasn’t feeling well and another office was less than helpful. Everyone here was more than helpful, patient, accommodating, and treated my baby as their own. As a new first time mom having a hard time and a sick baby, thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely be an established patient after this visit.

We love all the Drs here! They've always been so great at getting same say appointments when we've needed them as well. Friendly staff! Thank you!

The DR's are great but the corporation is very lacking. I have been member for ten' years and out of the blue I get a certified letter terminating or relationship over one bill that I personally made sure was paid over a year ago but they again say it isn't all of a sudden.

New to the area... attempted to transfer doctors from another town and keep local practices in business.. called today to have 2 children established as patients and needless to say getting an appointment to do so was DENIED! Was told they do not make appointments for new patients/clients until they get their medical records and review them and decide if they want to accept the children as patients! DISCRIMINATION!! Beyond my wildest dreams why would a practice need to see our records before allowing us to schedule when in fact I wanted to schedule so I could come in and have appropriate medical records transferred to them, to be told I could go get them myself ! Well they have the medical release forms and all their information why would I transfer my children’s records to be “reviewed” before being accepted for an appointment!nNo one is sick right now , nor do our children have extraordinary medical needs ( not that it should matter) and we have accepted medical insurance that we pay for ...as Medicaid we were told they are not accepting , well we don’t have Medicaid we have reviewed our accepted doctors on our plans! And they are on the plan!!!nTo say the least I won’t be bulllied to just have a pediatrician from this office! Front desk manager made MANY assumptions to my questions on this and even assumed I have never scheduled with Pediatricians obviously before.. well I have 3 order children and ALL HAD PEDIATRICIANS and NEVER HAVE I FELT SO SHUNNED FROM AN OFFICE JUST TRYING TO BECOME PATIENTS.. I’d hate to see what the mood is like from the front desk on a daily if you can’t even get an appointment to become clients!! We will look elsewhere! Disgusting !
