Made an appointment 2 days in advance to complete my wire transfer of closing costs for a home purchase... they closed their lobby and didn’t bother to call anyone who had appointments, causing me to waste my time and go to another location - when I had to take time off work in the first place. With this large of a financial transaction and when deadlines are imperative a simple phone call would have been appreciated. This location and Huntington Bank has lost my business.

Overall not helpful. They just tell you to call the main phone number for assistance verse provide help.
This is by far the best Huntington branch around. Every single person is SO nice, management is always accommodating (within reason). We moved to southern Dayton a while ago and really miss being able to see the folks here and do business with them. Thank you all so much for being awesome!!
I'll admit I thought it was odd when I first went to this location and the way their doors worked but it does feel safer. Been banking with Huntington for years and everyone at this location have been just as nice as the others. I do appreciate them sitting down and going over the home buying process and helping us realize what we could do.
