My Fiancee is currently a customer of Key Bank's. She has a checking account with them and tried to open up a savings account at this branch. They denied her request because her I.D. is expired. The state of Ohio has a 6 month grace period for renewing your license, which she is well within. At this time all BMVs are closed so it is impossible for her to renew her license. It seems they could make an exception due to COVID-19 BMV closures. They sure are willing to lock the doors and not let anyone in given the circumstances.
How rude!!! I called to verify a document signature and Amy gave me an attitude from the moment she answered the phone! She stated she did sign the document, I said OK that was all I really needed than-AND SHE HUNG UP AS I WAS THANKING HER!!! WHO DOES THAT?
