Large selection of cat food, stock was well organized and reasonably priced. They also sell a refillable cat litter container and bulk litter if you want to reduce use of throw away containers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff a plus.
This was my first time at Petco. I had a very positive experience. I had to return the item because it was too small. No problem at all. I'll definitely return.
Super easy pick up process. The associate was very friendly. And, I very much appreciated that he carried my 47 pound bag of dog food to my car.
The employees were very nice and helpful and helped me find an additional product I was looking for and even price matched it to the petco.com price. I will definitely shop petsmart again and will go out of my way to shop this exact location on Brown rd in Cincinnati ohio again as well.
Store is always stocked, clean, and organized. Associates are very friendly and helpful. I also like that it's a small store - kind of like a Walgreens for pets. It's very quick and convenient to run in and grab what I need.
