The lady was so rude. Put my check on hold for 3 weeks while I still had to pay fees. Lady rudly wouldn't hand me back my cards but instead disrespectfully put them on the counter. I seriously had to check myself. I will be switching banks. Fith Third is the worst!

very patient with me despite me being hysterical about my wallet getting stolen. closed all my cards and got new ones sent to me. also made sure there weren't any purchases made before I blocked the card

Pretty bad when you have to pay to cash a check and you have an account with them not to mention they make people who are with customers answer the phones while there are workers who aren't doing a darn thing!!!
