There customer service skills can really use some polishing. I’m appalled by how quick and rude the guy was on the phone with me when I called to check if they had an shoe available for me after I’ve already checked online and had said that they had it in stock. He quickly starts cutting me off saying nope nope na that’s wrong we ain’t got that.. Quite honestly I hate the fact that I had to even call them I’ll never be giving my Time of day nor money to the people there or finish line in general if it happens again.

Poor customer service and treatment from the manager on duty. I had a pair of shoes to exchange except the store had no shoes in my size but 2 that I didn’t like the way they fit. I looked at many of them and would have bought them if I could have but they were out and couldn’t even order them. I was 5 days past the 30 day policy and it is Christmas time and they were a gift. It’s not my fault the store has zero stock. I can’t even try on a different style to see how they fit to order online. The manager refused to work with me. All I wanted was the money back which I had the original receipt. Just so I could go somewhere that had shoes. They were bought on December 7th so I mean they sat under the tree wrapped until the 30th when I received them so I didn’t have a lot of time to get them there and the online receipt had no return policy on it.

Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful and ghetto. I went to the store for a return. I presented the item in the same condition as purchased. I was asked for my receipt which I presented. I was then asked for my debit card and when I ask why, I was told it’s for confirmation which I also presented. Then he proceeds to ask for my license and I told him that the Finish Line policy doesn’t state that since I have my receipt. He started being so rude telling me policy is policy etc... which is incorrect because I have their policy screenshot on my phone. I even asked for a store credit or an exchange and was told not without my drivers license. I am still dealing with customer care in filing a complaint and return the item. Highly disappointed. They didn’t have a problem taking my money but now it’s a problem giving me a refund or exchange ud83dudcafud83dude21

I always like to look on the review customer satisfaction why do I want to spend my money somewhere people are saying that's got bad review a lot of shoes I was planning on buying
