I purchased a pair of gym shoes. Nice selection. Little pricey but what's not.

I went to purchase a specific boot with my $20 off coupon. I was greeted by a friendly store assciate. She helped me by ordering my boots, because they did not have my size in the store, took the $20 coupon and applied an unexpected $10 credit, that I did not know I had in my account. Plus the shipping was free. I am a very satisfied frequent customer.

Manager Tiffany was training a new employee and Caught an attitude with me for saying I wanted my shoes sent to the store or an Ohio address. The manager didn’t think she needed to say sorry for sending my online order to an address without communicating where they are going . I didn’t give an address, there was apparently one in the system . I had previously asked twice for them to be shipped to the store and they were shipped to an Indiana address and i live in Ohio . The whole process took over 20 minutes . Tiffany then got an attitude with me for saying that she should be teaching employees to apologize when they do something wrong And maybe communicate to customers where there online items are being sent. Even after fixing it , there was an attitude from her like I did something wrong . I then asked for the manager’s email or contact info and she would not give me the info stating she doesn’t know her manager’s contact info . I will be reporting this to corporate and do not appreciate the attitude and lack of effort to do their jobs correctly .
