Sole Revival

Bad service, will post shoes online but then show them to you and then say they are “holding them” from someone while you have cash in hand. When you call on the phone they don’t answer. You could walk around the store 6 times and nobody would ask you if you need help. The ky location was better and the person who usually worked did good business. Should at least put if shoes are sold on instagram instead of having a bunch of kids working not helping customers at the store. Lost mine and my peoples business ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

I would not sell shoes to this terrible shoe store. These clowns will low-ball you and then sell the shoes 10x more than what you paid for em and how much money they give you for them.

Favorite sneaker store in Cincinnati. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and sometimes even below market. Great store with something for every budget.
