Hopeless Romantic (09/20/2020)
Im just here to give a 5 star to the nurses in the birthing center. They were absolutely amazing! I very much enjoyed my stay even tho I was completely miserable from my pregnancy issues. The nurses tried theyre best to make me comfortable. I very much enjoyed Jessica, Bridgette, Donna and my last night nurse of my night. I forgot her name but she was my ultimate favorite. She had short dark hair and wore glasses she was so very caring she kinda reminded me of my mom when she takes care of me when im sick. She told me about her daughter having twins and how excited she was. She made sure I ate good and kept hydrated and slept well. My daytime nurses were great too can't remember names tho. I also wanna give a 5 star to the doctor in the emergency room Josh who was also very caring and made sure I felt well before taking me to my room for the night. Also a 5 star to this blonde lady in the emergency room who made sure I got seen before she left her shift she was so sweet and caring.

On October 8, 2004. I was brought into this world to be adopted. My biological mother is named Heather and my fathers name is Glen. The judge and caseworker decided to keep the adoption closed and to this day I do not have any contact with my birth parents but, I was born in this hospital 16 years ago. This hospital took such great care of me and since my birth mother never gave me a name, every nurse there called me baby girl. God bless this hospital.

The nursing staff has been excellent in care but there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of NO communication to the patients family. As long as we have been in this pandemic there should be a system set in place... whether it be additional employees ... a form of texting messages or something!!! I could spend hours speaking of the unacceptable communication while my husband is in ICU... right now it is my goal to get him out of there and never again will enter these doors. The reputation hasn’t changed for the past 25 years.

Unbelievable upset. I have been waiting to see someone since 6:30PM. It is now 1:17 AM. No transparency, no idea when I will be seen or if they even remember I am here. I have a possible appendicitis’s. I feel like even if I burst I’d still have to wait. Do not bother coming here. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. So frustrated!!

Well I can see that this hospital hasn't change their ways and probably never will, I wouldn't bring any of my loved ones here especially if you have loved ones that are special needs. I understand that not everyone knows how to deal with special needs kids and adults but come on peeps it's 2021. When is the health care field gonna implement some type of training on how to treat and help these type of people, it's not rocket science. If my dad wasn't there to look after his brother because my dad is his legal guardian then I can guaranteed you that my uncle wouldn't make it out of this hospital all the time that my uncle is force to go to because of how close it is to his care facility in the forest park area. It stems from the ER to all of the other places that my uncle has to go in this hospital and I'm telling you that they need to take a real serious look on how they handle these type of patients. They also need to cut ties with some of their staff who don't care about these patients and can't read their own paperwork telling you that this patient is special needs and can't communicate to you like a normal patient can. I feel really sorry for all of the normal patients that have to go here because they don't treat you any better and for all of the special needs patients that have to go here, as well. I really hope that someone will advocate and step up to say something when they see something or someone doing something wrong because as a society as a whole, that is what we are suppose to do for one another, it's just that simple peeps. So please y'all go somewhere else for your care, I'm tired of hearing and seeing how people get mistreated here. Go to Bethesda North which is Montgomery or Atrium Medical Center in Middletown y'all. Thankyou for reading this peeps and always remember to stay safe and look out for one another y'all.
