they need to update their times of business I wasted 3 days coming up here when it says they close at 6:00 trying to cash a check absolutely ridiculous management needs to step up or something typical Walmart
This branch of Wood Forest is always unpleasant and I believe that it’s due to the manager. There are some nice Bank tellers here And I feel for them having to work under a manager who always has a dirty look on his face, has never been helpful, has never made me felt welcome, and I’ve never seen him smile. He acts as if he is doing me a favor, when he should be happy to have my business.nnI try to take care of my business at the Wood Forest in Milford. The ladies there could write a book on customer service! They are exceptional!nnThe north gate branch is closer to my home, and when I’m forced to go there I know there will be a hassle, And they’re absolutely always is!
