The people who work at this branch are incredible. They have always been friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would give the employees of this branch 5 stars.nHowever, there have been times when the branch is closed during business hours without any explanation.
Today is Friday November 13. This branch has been closed all day. Signs say temporarily closed. Called for support and know one knows why. Don't Google and try to go to Reading Rd cause it is not in business.
I went to deposit a paycheck and they said it'd be available almost 2 weeks from now. The branch manager said it was Chase who put a hold on it. I get a day, but that is entirely too long. I have been with Chase Bank since 2009 and have never had this happen. I will be looking for a new bank with less red tape to get through to simply deposit;
Was quick and easy, had ylto make a deposit, was done quickly and easily
I see they have new people there now very friendly now but before there was a teller there came to work work with curler in her hair and rule as hell
