I must say that I receive excellent customer service at US Bank in Springdale, Ohio. All who work there are very thorough and pleasant. Depending on the day and time, the drive-up window can have a rather long wait. Please understand it is not the worker it is the types of transactions of the customer that can delay the service for others.

Came here to open account for my daughter, there were bunch clerks and noone customer but they still asked us to make appointment. No service without appointment its so sad. Its not actually good and customer friendly service.nIn my bank they are ready to help at any time.
There was only two people working here when we got here. It took 10 minutes to get us help. The worker there named Tiffany Cassedy, was going to help us but she was busy and when the manager or other worker asked her to help us she rolled her eyes and didn't respond. She did this in a span of 5 minutes. Please tell her to get motivated to her job and make the atmosphere there better.
in line for so long, 7 ppl behind me 3 in front of me. 2 ppl working there the manager, Denise, was standing behind all of us watching & laughing at the tv they had there or animals doing funny stuff & failed to help the staff with the abundance of customers waiting. very awful... & then when i finally get to the counter the manager walks behind it just to talk to the other coworkers.
