Horrible manager. I didn't get my license back yesterday. I went in this morning and was basically told its my responsibility. Then, as we were talking she constantly interrupted. I dont care how convenient it is, as long as this woman is there, ill never go back. Oh, she never bothered giving her name. She was so condescending, I feel sorry for her employees. This was at the Kroger location on Winton Rd
This is my neighborhood branch that I frequent while shopping at Kroger. This branch is FANTASTIC especially the manager Jeff. The tellers always go out of their way to ask about your day and have genuine conversation with you not just to pass the time. Jeff is a really genuine person even outside of work. I feel like I’m at home talking to my family when I’m there. One thing I can say is that I trust the people here and I appreciate my relationship with this Fifth Third.
For years I’ve had a bank account setup with 5/3 and very recently had a dispute over the bank never sending a gift card I had purchased with my rewards points. Instead of refunding an inconsequential amount of money, I jumped through loop after loop to make no progress and no refund.nn5/3 is a fine bank, until you have a dispute. Their customer service is so compartmentalized that no one has authority to do anything. Instead of helping, they just read off of scripts and trained protocol.nnI’ve used this bank for years but this week I plan on closing down my account.
The manager of this one is always helpful and the staff is friendly
This place is awful, they lie to customer's just to gain new business. Jeff the branch manager is pathetic, a joke , a pos.
