Since WesBanco bought my former small town bank, it’s been a nightmare.nnI can’t deposit to the ATM after hours... only three locations in the city take ATM deposits.nnThey refused to deposit a check made out to my son that he signed over to me. When I asked why, since this is standard practice with banks I’ve used for decades, the manager asked me when my son going to take responsibility for himself! When I asked him why he cares how my family manages our finances, he just refused to accept these checks.nnThey are so anxious about fraud, they protect themselves at the expense of customer service, regularly shutting me out of my account as soon as I use my bank card while traveling in another city (still in the US).nnToday I found a new bank.
