Do not consider a mortgage from them, they do not make contract dates. The fees are excessive, in my opinion. I believe their fees are above average for a Veteran on a VA loan. There are several better lenders in this town set up for mortgages, this isn't one of them. The loan officer made her calculations based on an Ohio purchase and it was a Kentucky purchase... it cost us at least ten days and above all she wasn't to blame (ask her). Poor communication at best, the pinnacle of customer service. Good Luck.

This Bank is great since they moved across the street and remodeled the old bank building there. Suzanne and Debby are always helpfull.
