My experience at this branch is always great. The associates are friendly, easy to talk to and they often will provide me with information that could improve my overall banking experience. They're very personable and always have time for a friendly hello and brief chat during our transaction. Very nice, professional group.

My experience has always been very positive. The tellers are the most professional and courteous. As customers, we have to learn patience. The tellers, service people of all nationalities. Some people require a little more time than others. I happen to love the staff.

Trying to make car payment went to bank on Patterson Blvd in Fairfield OH at 3:50 pm and that office was closed. Then went to the branch located in Meijer on Gilmore Rd. was in line and the girl came out and said they were closed. They were very rude about it. Even though I was in line before closing. Glad US Bank is not my primary bank.

ANOTHER time this branch was unable to provide me ANY service claiming a company wide IT problem that has an hour wait. The other local branch and the ATM both able to service me immediately. This branch is insulting, time wasting, and thieves of your money. BEWARE
