What an awesome place to shop. Had an appointment and limited people there. Associates were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Highly recommend shopping there and will definitely go back.

Having never been to a LL Bean store I was let down. I guess I shop for the more obscure things and I’m sure stock was down with holidays too. The store seemed to really focus on the bread and butter products. Not so much sport/dress shirts. Nice staff and good facility.

After accidentally ordering the wrong size slipper for my fiancé for Christmas, I went on a wild goose chase to find a store with the size I needed. This location was the only store in the country with one left. Not only did they honor the discount I received on Black Friday, they gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and ensured my order would arrive in time for Christmas. Big thank you from Rhode Island!!

feb 2021 cincinnati. Half of sole came off my bean shoes. Tried to return for some remedy, something , the were not new nor worn. They had my name and phone number on file but since I had no shoe receipt they offered nothing. Not happy JohnnnUpdate ...Kara responded to me far past business hours, Thank you Kara and llBean. Very happy . LLBean really went out of their way..

Great store full of quality products and employees. Very helpful, quick knowledgeable service.
