It’s a good store and they carry a lot of good stuff but they need to organize and clean more. Every time I go into that store there are boxes EVERYWHERE and ladders blocking product. It’s an obstacle to get to anything in the store.
Browsed the store for a pair of Timbs prior to entering with my girlfriend. The staff seemed friendly, if not observant of the two of us. I asked to try on a gray pair which luckily fit. I asked if I could leave the store in them, to which I saw clear hesitation from the worker. I’m not sure if it’s my skin, my hair, or the fact that I was buying Timbs that made her hesitate to allow me to leave the store with them on. Then she said she wanted me to pay first and I quickly came to the realization she simply thought I was going to put them on and leave. I have never been a thief in my life and I have been wearing my shoes out of the store since the age of 11. I paid for the shoes to prove that I could before putting them on and leaving, not sure what the issue was but I won’t give my money to establishments that assume someone is going to steal based off of how they look and what they’re buying.
Extremely helpful staff. My daughter is getting into skating and they had great suggestions and walked her thru all she would need.
