Not sure what is going on with this company's tech situation but its 2020 and they have no way to shop online using a gift card. What's more is that when I finally got into the store to use the gift card, the worker placed an order to ship to my house since they didn't have my size, and I got an email 4 days later stating the order couldn't be placed. Odd. You'd figure they'd have a tech mechanism to disallow the order from being made. I called customer service to just have the money put back on my card...SHOCKINGLY they acted like they couldn't do returns over the phone but when I pressed, she did it. But she said there's literally no platform to refund the gift card so she gave me a case number for me to CALL customer service when I want to place another order and give them the case number for paymentud83dude02 what on earth.

I like the shop, they have nice stuff but my issues with them, they just have small sizes of women's shoes, I wish I can find my size overthere
They didnt have ANY of my sizes in any of the shoes I wanted. I havent been instore lately just off this situation. Please take care of your inventory.
Really helpful sales associate, tallish skinny white guy, didn’t catch his name, went above and beyond to help me get what I needed online from your store after the physical store didn’t have my size. A+
