Stopped in just to look today while waiting for our Cheesecake factory order at the Greene. This is really a great store. It is a little pricey but the shoes are quality made and last. They had a 50% sale on Frye shoes and boots today which is totally unheard of. The owner and staff are extremely nice everytime we stop in. I'm a bargain shopper but love to find things that are unique. This store caters to the upscale and always offers unique and special quality items. I love their customized Uggs. I highly recommend.
Absolutely beautiful store and very friendly owner! I found about them after coming across on their social media. Wide section of women’s shoes and some men’s as well, I’ll definitely be getting a surprise for my husband from here.
Great customer service this evening. Bought a pair of boots for my wife and talked to the employee about a number of men’s shoes. She was knowledgeable and friendly.
Mixed experience here.nnCustomer service was great when they sold me on a pair of sandals. Took them for a day, wore them to literally one place (a class that evening), decided they were too hefty a style than I was searching for— my conception was that one has to wear shoes before knowing if they work for them— and wanted to return them the next day, but was told they couldn’t take them because of these specks on the soles. I wish i’d just polished them down a minute before bringing them in. I’m disappointed because the “wear” was extremely limited, like barely existent, and these people have Gautama Buddha in the windowsill, without showing much humanity themselves, beyond our human tendencies toward mana.nAnd now I have a $96 pair of sandals that I wish would just wear out as quickly as possible so I can one day get something on my feet I actually want. This isn’t how our lives are meant to work.
Wish I could give them a zero. Terrible customer service. Sells defective products and will not allow for an even exchange or for store credit. I bought a pair of $19.22 Birkenstock socks in anticipation of wearing them for a cool fall day. When I finally pulled the brand new socks out to use, I found they already had a hole in the heal!! When I went back to visit the store, the girls at the counter were extremely unhelpful as my visit was 5 days past their two week exchange policy! They did not allow for store credit either, but now that I think of it I would never give that horrible place any more of my money! I’m left with a defective product and extreme frustration for dealing with such unreasonable customer service!!
