This is the first place I go when I've worn my running shoes down to smooth tread. The staff is friendly and prompt. The prices are average, but they do offer a rewards program ($25 off every $250 spent). They do hold a huge sale in the winter where you can get some really great deals and the clearance rack is usually worth checking out. My only quibble is that the store is very small and a few times they didn't have the stock that the larger Centerville store has.

Great experience here, the salesperson was knowledgeable and informed. It was a milestone moment for me, 20 years + running in New Balance, I changed shoes to ON Cloudflow. Couldn't have picked a better place to change shoes. OBTW: On shoes are the bomba...love my Cloudflows. Not like running on clouds, but stable platform, good traction and little foot travel. No blisters after 6 mile inaugural run with these Bad boys!

I had a great experience at Runners Plus on Colonel Glenn Highway. Alex was extremely helpful, she knew the products well and she was very good at her job. Her attitude and pleasant personality was refreshing!! Her ability to assist several customers at one time was amazing! Plus, my feet are not hurting as badly! That's a plus for Runners Plus!!
