A great experience! Aurora is wonderful to work with. We texted several times before I drive up to meet our puppy. The manager is awesome too, but I don’t remember her name. Tanner was training with Aurora and was very helpful and kind too. I highly recommend Fetch Pets!

Really disappointed going in here. Smelled horrible for being a booshie pet store (we just left pet land before going there and it didn't smell AT ALL.) I'm only giving 2 stars because although the staff was awful, the puppies were super cute. The guy who helped us was a total jerk to us. Treated us as if we weren't good enough to even play with a puppy. Judged us on our appearance and wouldn't let us play with one because of it. Even tho many other families were in there playing with puppies.. Pretty sad. We will never be returning.

Customer service was excellent and personable and they took excellent care of the puppies.
