Friends Puppy Store

It’s taken me a while to get myself to write this review about the terrible experience I had with this store and the owner due to how emotional I get thinking about the way my wife and I were treated.nFirst off we overpaid for a beautiful puppy from the store. After taking him home and thinking our decision through and realizing how busy I am with work and it would be just too difficult for my wife to give him the attention and exercise he deserved due to her medical condition that I will not mention.nAfter trying to call the pet store repeatedly for 2 days straight I finally get ahold of them and were told to call back again the next day when the lady who could help me would be in.nSo I call and explain the my situation the next day to the lady who then tells me they can’t do anything and would call me tomorrow.nSo the next day the actual owner Jack calls me and says he can give me back $2,000 of the $4,000 I paid for the dog. I ask him would he be able to give me $3,000 and I would let him have back the $200 cage we bought with it and didn’t use.nHe then tells me there is nothing he could do and after I explain my situation about my wife he had the audacity to make a comment telling me SHE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO EVER TAKE CARE OF KIDS IF SHE CANT TAKE CARE OF A DOG after I already told him about her medical conditions, i then told him we would love to be able to have kids.nMy wife blamed herself for the whole situation when it was not her fault and something she could not help.nJack is a VERY VERY greedy inconsiderate money hungry jerk who can care less about his customers and only wants the money he can rip from people who come in his store.nPlease acknowledge these reviews like I wish my wife and I would have done.nnPs forgot to mention the dog they sold us had worms if everything wasn’t bad enough.

Friends has an amazing, caring staff that helped us through the process of bringing our puppy home. We absolutely love her, and she's a happy & healthy addition to our family, the sweetest dog in the world. We have all of her certifications and breeder information in paper-copies. The hereditary health issues (if any, which she has none), shots & deworming etc. are all covered by Friends. They get their puppies from certified breeders in Ohio and were kind enough to give us some wiggle-room with the pricing. Wonderful people! Wonderful puppies :)

This is probably the most deceptive business I have ever gone into. When I first inquired about the dog, they informed me the dogs age was 18 weeks. After 4 weeks of discussions with them the dog, was still in fact 18 weeks. Someone tell me, where I can acquire such anti-aging medicine. The dog we were looking at was the oldest in the store and definitely needed some grooming and veterinary attention, we were originally offered $2,000 but then offered us to pay $1200 in cash, so they can “avoid Uncle Sam.” When we came into the store couple days later to purchase the dog 1. There was no one there @ 10:45 when the store supposedly opened at 10, and we waited around for 45 minutes for someone to come in, and 2. the price suddenly increased to $2,000 again. And then informing the store owner of the price the sales person had given us, she scoffed and said “I have to think about it”???!?)!??!?????! They have an almost full grown puppy and would rather make money off of it, then send it to a good home. I am sure that dog is still there now, and they treated the only interested costumer they had for it, terribly. Therefore, we took our business to Fetch Puppies where we were treated like actual costumers.

Never again will I even go in their store to look at their dogs they screwed up my dog's paperwork Told me they would have to all fixed by next week and it's still not fixed and now they will not answer the phone I've called them 14 times just to day With no answer

I got my first puppy here and she is the love of our life! Everyone one here was so kind and you could tell they really cared about these dogs and who they went home with. Their finance help was so incredibly helpful and everything about my experience there was great! I always said I would never buy a puppy from a pet store, but when I am ready for a new fur baby, I will for sure be stopping in here first! Thank you Friends Puppy Store!!!
