Bought a leopard gecko from here, the staff seemed knowledgeable and I bought a kit and “helpful information” the employee even told us they had a coupe of their own. I only went here for her food and stuff, as I trusted them and they always asked me about her and how big she was and how she was doing. Well my gecko has been sick and not keeping anything down, took her to the vet and found out everything they told me was FALSE. The cage temp in their pamphlet was way to high, they recommended sand which is a big no no, and the red light they sell with the recommended kit they push for you to buy, actually causes more problems in your gecko. Before you buy do your own research, even if they tell you they are knowledgeable and have their own geckos. They are giving out wrong information that is causing geckos to have serious problems and die, won’t be back.

The store was relatively busy but everyone had on masks and did a good job staying away from each other. I couldn't believe there was only ONE person working. We picked out the bird we wanted and had to wait for the guy to stop trying to sell this woman a dog (and the dog care package) before we could check out. It was probably 10 minutes which I realize isn't too bad I guess. They are big on grilling you about the products you have at home. They even told us once they wouldn't sell us a rat if we didn't buy vitamins. Luckily we have another bird at home so we had all the supplies. Their prices are higher than the store we usually go to. The bird we got there was $5 more and the hamsters were outrageous.

Absolutely excellent service. Great staff! Very clean. Very friendly and helpful. & such cute puppies and other animals!

They have a decent selection of what you need for your pets. Their animals are just adorable and seem to be well taken care of. They also have a great staff. It's a good little store. Prices are a little high, but overall I'm impressed.

The fish almost always have fun rot, ick or dead fish in most tanks. The employees just stand around and talk while ignoring customers.nnOne employee was on her cell phone clearly on a personal call in the middle of the store. When I approached her to ask for help, she looked at me and walked away to continue her phone conversation somewhere else.nnI approached a group of 4 employees to ask for help with the fish and they all were pointing fingers at each other because none of them wanted to help me.nnI’m not giving this place a penny.
