to go person had no clue about order and waited 24 mins past pick up time , no urgency
Called to place a carryout order and was put on hold for a good 20 minutes before hanging up. Called back up and told them I had been waiting to place an order and they said they were busy and that they would have to place me on another hold. I told them not to worry about it and that I would take my business somewhere else. Good customer service must not exist anymore. Won't be coming back here anymore.
Waitress was wonderful. Greeter was awesome. No wait. Food was fabulous.
The appetizers are the best and the food was quick, hot and delicious. Above all however was the service. Our server Josh was above and beyond a pro.
I ordered potato skins and a flat iron steak. The food was their quick, service was excellent, and food was absolutely delicious!
