So good. It was packed the evening we went, but with great teamwork, the staff was able to seat us quickly. Our orders were taken (& delivered) promptly & we even had refills throughout our dining experience. I appreciate those things even more when I see the restaurant is full. Great place to go. A bit loud but we didn't mind.
Let me start off by saying you have the best staff of all the BW3’s I’ve visited .nI live in Dayton but you are my favorite location ..nI visited yesterday with my daughters and my server Abbie provided the best service I’ve ever had ... I’m very picky about my wings and I’ve never had them this perfect and she made sure they were .. Thank you again Abbie for going above and beyond. Your positive attitude was a breath of fresh air , thank you again for your service !
Ordered food at 6:45 to be ready at 7:20. Arrived at 7:12, called and was told food would be out soon. I was early, so no problem. Waited 30 minutes, called again and was told food still wasn't ready and they were behind. Called again after waiting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes and watching all the cars around us get their food and leave. Was told it just came up and would be out soon. It arrived about 5 minutes later, so somewhere close to an hour after I arrived. Took the food to my friends house about 10 minutes away and everything was cold like it had been sitting.nnI love eating in, but until I and my wife are vaccinated, we're doing take out and that has been very hit-and-miss for the last few months. I'm done until I can return in person.
Christie was the bomb my sister and I went for lunch and the food was good and the guy that was at the door was funny and helpful as well. Thanks for a great time. We appreciate the experience.
Seated right away for lunch. But one get one boneless wings on Thursday so it’s a great deal to get enough food for lunch and another meal to go. Orders came out quickly. Servers were attentive.
