I'm a sucker for chicken and waffles! Chili's has put a tangy twist on this bot so traditional dish. The jalapeno peppers with the sweet sriracha glaze is amazing! We didn't have to wait for a seat or a drink refill, our food was perfect, the server was funny, and really outgoing. We had a good time. We will definitely return.
After eating at your restaurant and paying our bill, our table card reader kept timing out. So we gave our waitress our card and she ran it for 79.74 and our bill was only 66.45. We wrote cash on the merchant copy and left 10.00 on the table. We checked the balance and transactions before we even left the parking lot to find out our card was overcharged 13.29 which is exactly 20 percent of the check. We didn’t authorize that tip. After speaking to management I was given an excuse that sometimes banks hold that amount out but this is a pay as you go card so they are not going to authorize any amounts over what is being signed for. Do not eat at Chili’s they are thief’s and the sanitary conditions there were horrible. I almost slipped and fell in the bathroom. I even let the manager hear my bank transactions on my phone of my purchase history. Chili’s Sunday, February 28th at 3:53 pm server Samantha stole from table 43/1 3 guests. Call to corporate is my next step in trying to remedy my situation. Management is very ineffective.
I had ordered Cajun shrimp pasta. When my server brought it to me, it was Cajun chicken pasta. The server said she would bring back what I ordered. When she returned, the shrimp was placed on top of the chicken. So, instead of trying my luck again, I watched my friend eat. Chili's is better than this, unfortunately, this location isnt
Great meal and service was exceptional. Wish other people in line understood why there were empty tables they couldn't sit at.nCan't wait to come back again.
Great excellent service!! Food was excellent and it was was pretty quick. I really liked the iPad they had on the the table so we had something to do while we waited. And everyone was pretty friendly. Would definitely recommend.
