My husband and I used to love Milano's and we ordered from there quite frequently. I don't know what happened, but suddenly every time we'd order delivery it was messed up or missing something. We stopped ordering for a really long time because of a really bad delivery experience. I recently decided to give them another chance and this time order online for pick up which said the order would be ready at 1:15. I get the the restaurant at that time and wait...and wait, and wait for someone to come to the counter. Two employees were at the bar chatting, not even acknowledging me when I walked over to get help. So I asked a waitress coming to ring in an order for help at the take-out counter. A young man comes out from the back finally mumbling about making salads. He then told me my sandwich was about to come out of the oven any minute. 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting contemplating just canceling the order when it finally came out. Got home, sandwich was not hot and fries were cold. I live less than 5 minutes away.

I love the food from Milano’s but heaven forbid you ask for something like light cheese or a half and half pizza.nnThey screw it up every time. This evening I showed up to get my order. I paid with some gift certificates from last mess up and then finished paying $40.00.nnCashier then checked the order and guess what.....nnMaybe good help is too, hard to find.nnCashier said nothing. Some other person came out and said they made it wrong and left it at that.nnBummer, I really liked their food.....nnGot home and sides were soggy, and clearly weren’t remade! Love some soggy fries.

We had great service. They spaced out the tables. I enjoyed the food. The prices was reasonable. Nothing stood out as outstanding

Good, well-rounded menu with pizza, sandwiches and a few entrees. Excellent calzones! Highly recommended he Extreme Meats calzone. Fair prices on food. Usually have a pretty good draft beer selection also. Food is consistently good.
