The weekend of March 13, 2021, we were in Dublin for an event. That evening we put in an online order for BJ's at Tuttle Crossing. We had never had food from this restaurant, let alone heard of it. It was one of the best service experiences we've ever had and the food was excellent! They were very busy and slightly backed up in the kitchen, but the employees & manager were very apologetic. The food was worth the small wait. I give total credit to the 2 employees that were working the online order counter and the manager. We highly recommend & will definitely return to this restaurant when we are in the area.nWe ordered a chicken burger, brisket burger, 2 bison burgers, salads and onion strings, along with their own handcrafted ginger beer & root beer. So good!!

When my food came out my baked potato was raw and my ribeye had more fat than steak. They took it back and gave me a new one. It also was mostly fat.nnNice people and a good atmosphere. My family enjoyed their food. I just wouldn't order a steak here.

Food is good and service is great, but what impresses me the most is how clean this place is. I've been in multiple times and I've never seen a single table not wiped down. Bar counter always looks polished. Floors are always mopped and spotless. Seriously impressive!!

Came in for lunch around 1:30pm. Not super busy at all. Barely a handful of people in the bar area. Waited several minutes for a hostess. She checked the bar seating availability, asked another worker to buss the table, and told us she would seat us in a second... Then she left. The busser took only a few moments and was done. Yet, we couldn't sit because the hostess went AWOL. After waiting several more minutes, we decided to leave. It's lunch time. We have limited time to eat and get back to life.

Love BJ’s!! Suzanne is by far the best waitress I’ve ever had! My husband and I eat out often and have never had a waitress like her. She is absolutely top notch at what she does and truly enjoys her career. Sometimes we go there just to see her. Not only do they have great staff but great food too.
