Had a good experience overall, my stylist helped me pull dresses I wanted and was very nice. I was on my own shopping so she was friendly and made me feel at ease.nn--nnUpdate after receiving dress after fitting.nOverall I have been happy with the experience, the seamstresses are really experienced and sweet. My alterations turned out great.nnThe only not so great thing was David's kept pushing my appointment back. But, they had a lot of orders for the 10/10 date and one of their seamstresses was injured so they were short staffed. Even with that I still got my dress with enough time before my wedding and I'm happy with the alterations.nnOh and David's please invest in better AC for the store. It was hot back where alterations are done, I can't believe you make those sweet ladies work in that heat.

Myself, my mom, future mother in law, and three bridesmaids had an appointment with Jade and it was beyond amazing! Jade was so kind and helpful through the whole process, even when I faced uncertainty at times. Jade pulled great dresses to try on and about 3 in I found the one. As soon as I put the dress on I knew before even seeing it out in front of the mirror. I tried on a few more and then came to the one! The manager that evening was pleasant and popped in often to check in and assist. Great experience! Cannot wait until my dress is in!!

I found the perfect dress. The staff helped me and were so gracious. I was caught off guard when the final bill for my alterations was submitted. The alterations were 4x the cost of what I paid for the dress. However, the seamstress did deliver exactly what i wanted and my dress is beautiful. The seamstress was nice, patient and took her time with all my request I made for changes in the final pick up. I will definitely continue to look for my formal wear at David's but the alterations cost and fees should be addressed. I could have bought another dress with the alterations fee alone. Overall I give 4 stars because. I love my dress and it does fit perfect!!

Worked with Hannah during the fitting for a bridesmaid’s dress — did a wonderful job during the appointment while attending to multiple clients.nnCame the appointment as prepared as possible; brought the shoes I’d be wearing the day of the wedding, which helped determined the length of the dress when ordering.nnIf the specific dress was not available within the store to try on, Hannah would bring the next closest sample to have a sense of the dress would fit. Thank you for listening to the needs of not only myself, but the bride as well.nnI’m comfortable in my dress; can’t wait for it to arrive, and wear it the day of the wedding . No matter how much I wanted dress with pockets, the dress came in Satin and the bride only wants Chiffon. Next time.

I've gone to David's Bridal several times and always have a pleasant experience, but my experiences at Easton are on another level. I went once with a friend to find her wedding dress and our assistant was so helpful and kind - my friend also found a dress that day. My next experience was getting alterations for my bridesmaid dress and lovely Emily was helping me. I think I made a new best friend y'all. She knew what she was talking about and managed to make something I don't like doing, absolutely painless. Even though the store was packed, she was attentive, kind, personable and I love how my dress fits!
