The Lady who helped me (Kristen Oliver) was very polite and helpful. Super nice, and quick to help when I had questions. The other people in there didn’t seem interested in helping me, so she assisted me and made sure I got what I needed. If anyone needs any help, Ask for Kristen, she’ll get you taken care of!

I always enjoy buying quality products from a local place. Rod's is no exception. They seem to carry only top, well-built, brands. From boots, pants, shirts, belts, hats, buckles and tack. Been a staple in my shopping for years.

Purchased a blush, wool fedora online from Rod's and overall I'm happy with everything. The hat is exactly what I was looking for and a great price compared to other retailers online. Only comment was that the hat had a light layer of dirt on the top (but I was able to gently clean it with Woolite and got everything out). Order arrived at my doorstep within 5 days of buying it. I would purchase from this store online again :)

I ordered something online from them that was of great quality just a bit small so I had to return. It had been a while since I had shipped it back so I checked the return tracking number to make sure there were no issues. I saw that they had received it a few days prior and I had heard nothing from them so I sent an email with the tracking number just stating that it was received, understanding that things happen sometimes. I got a rude response back telling me to read the return policy and that it would be processed within three weeks! It was one item, a small one at that, but expensive (and made from China). Give me my money back!nI will never do business here again with that kind of treatment and pricing.

Always helpful. Keep going back all the employees are helpful and very nice and personable willing to help you find what your looking for whether its a new hat needing shaped or your first pair of boots they'll make sure you're happy with what u get
