Friendly staff and great products. I love some of the more unique treat options that they have available and the adorable frosted cookies for dogs. They have a very small fish selection, the tanks are generally very clean and fish are healthy. They have a great selection of dry cat and dog foods with a wide range of price points. Plenty of parking and very easy to see from Hamilton Rd. Heads up as of recently (April 2021) there is some road construction happening causing some congestion.

Recently got my baby cat here and all of the staff are so sweet. One staff member particularly made sure he said goodbye to my new kitty (salem) and comforted her. They're all super helpful and welcoming .

Looking for sick prey animals for sale and unsolicited advice on your pets then this place is perfect for you. Selection is decent though

Store associates were excellent. Very helpful and not overbearing. Clean and well organized. No issues. Will return.

Everyone was nice. The fish tanks seemed well maintained. And best of all - nobody harassed me about masks!
