WE LOVE PET PEOPLE! The self serve wash stations are a nice touch and you can’t beat the the price! It is under 15$ for a wash and they provide everything you need. The only item they do not have is nail clippers but you can purchase one of them in the store. They have a great selection of treats and toys. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Banjo absolutely loves shopping and could live in Pet People with the attention they give him.

PetPeople to the rescue! First I just want to say that this is our favorite location and the staff is always so friendly when we come in. We don’t come in very often now because of covid but do all of our online ordering through this store to continue to show our support.nnI am so impressed with how quickly online orders get processed and delivered. About a week ago they saved us from an unfortunate incident. We order our cat litter through Amazon because they don’t carry the scent we use (Worlds Best in Lavender) otherwise we would just order through PetPeople. Anyways our litter was delivered by Amazon and it wasn’t a moment too soon because it was time to clean the litter boxes. I went to the porch to grab it only to find it had been stolen off our porch. With 2 kids - it is not easy to make a spur of the moment trip especially during a pandemic. No one was offering same day delivery that day and it was after the cut off time for same day delivery for PetPeople but I ordered a small bag in the regular unscented worlds best with a quick explanation in the notes that ours was stolen and we would so appreciate it if they were able to deliver that day. Well they went above and beyond and we got our litter delivered within an hour. Us, our cats and our noses so appreciate what they did for us. I love supporting this business and appreciate all that they do.nnThey were also so helpful when we adopted our dog back in February. He had an accident on the way home in the car and they were so beyond helpful getting the dog bath area set up for him and they also sent us a card congratulating us on our new addition. Hopefully we will be able to bring him in soon - he loved visiting and the staff treated him so well.

We love Pet People! I honestly look forward to going in. The staff are always wonderful and spoil our German shepherd with treats and love when she comes with us (which is almost every time). The associate today even took the dog food I bought out to the car for me and it is 30 degrees and snowing. They go over and beyond with assisting and are always giving out free treats and samples. Plus the easy and close location is just the cherry on top! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The staff were friendly and so helpful. The store is well organized, clean and they offer a great selection.

Double points weekend is the best! I love being able to stock up and earn my gift certificates. Tried a couple new things and got some of my regular purchases.
