Awesome staff who are insanely helpful.nnI have a ridiculously large dog, a neopolitan mastiff who is a 185 lb rescue and still in the process of gaining trust in strangers.nnThey not only helped me by looking up the best low traffic days for me to bring him in, but also walked me through steps of what helped them personally with their own rescues.nnThe best pet stores are operated by those who both love their own animals and the ones they work to provide for.
