Pet Supplies Plus Upper Arlington

I wanted to check it out because I typically go to Pet People in Grandview. Hannah immediately offered help to compare a couple of different dog foods and chat with me. Probably to pet my dog as well. Very nice young lady and incredibly helpful. The selection is huge as well. Definitely will be back for more.

The Lane Avenue Pet Supplies Plus store is terrific. A broad range of products at reasonable prices; and also great service from courteous and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Curbside pickup is super easy and fast -- it makes picking up dog food so much less of a hassle. The employee came out very quickly after I notified them of my arrival and loaded the food right into my trunk. They included a thank you card with my last order which was a nice touch and very unexpected. Prices are comparable to other places but the Pet Supplies Plus Neighbor Rewards program makes the food cheaper in the long run.

This store is awesome! First time here today and customer service was outstanding. I was surprised how helpful and patient they were with me. Great atmosphere! Will shop here again soon!
