Ohio State East Hospital

Terrible Last experience that I ever have there was Jan 2021. It happened in their ER. I was in the ER less than 2 hrs, barely got examined. Barely received any type of Care by the ER who was assigned to me. The same RN wheeled me to the entrance door, went around the security door, and out the door.nThat hospital needs to be fully gutted out inside and out. Revamped. Or tare it down. And hire all New Staff to run it.

Theresa, in the billing department, was fantastic. She was friendly, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond by bringing me a cold bottled water on a hot, sunny day. She also gave me a little snack since I had already been waiting on my husband for awhile. I had maintained a positive attitude and so did she. She deserves recognition for her outstanding work ethic while maintaining a good attitude. Thank you, Theresa!

A big thank you to Wexner OSU East! My dad has been there for two months and he has received incredible care. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff for all you do! My dad would not be here if it weren't for you all!

Very professional. I was there a couple of times for different reasons. The nurses are very kind and caring and were always willing to answer any questions that they could provide the answer. The doctors are very skilled definitely professional. My favorite was calling the Chaplin's up before my surgery and they would come and kind of take care of me and calm me down. I don't know if I could have done it without them and their wise words. Thank you to everyone at the hospital.

They are a disaster there is such a lack of communication from physicians to nurses and so on.After having emergency surgery my husband lay there for hours without scheduled meds(antibiotics) because his nurse couldn’t unlock the computer, asked for small things, took hours to receive .needless to say we will never come back here ,they have to do better! Be better!
