Oh my goodness I just want to kiss every staff member in the mouth! They were all professional pleasant concern and knowledgeable. If I were a rich woman I would give the hospital a hefty donation and give the staff that had contact with me gift certificates minimum of $500 that how great I felt when I left that hospital. I wish the entire faculty the best.

They were all so friendly, accommodating, and caring. Really a wonderful experience overall except the 5 days post-op that were a bit painful and uncomfortable but that's par for the course with this surgery and to be expected. Nevertheless they are all very friendly, attentive, helpful with questions. I'm so glad I finally decided to have the surgery and be able to breathe through my nose!

We are very grateful for all the people who helped us go through IVF, and especially thankful for Florrie. She helped us to explain detail about the insurance process, and encouraged us to be more positive for the baby. I would highly recommend Care Fertility for my friends who look for IVF treatment.

While the facility is spacious, the staff is very caring, supportive, and well versed in the needs of their patients, one of the things I found most impactful and meaningful for my interactions with the patient liaison, Bill, who is one of the most important patient-facing roles in the organization. My wife was involved in a bad accident and required several things that are not typically seen in a rehab hospital due to her condition. Covid made things especially difficult due to restrictions and visitation across the most healthcare settings. Bill was supremely personable helpful and on multiple times went to the extra mile, even responding to a very bad mix-up in paperwork from a transferring hospital that happened early on a Sunday morning, and without his help my wife may have been out on the street while still needing medical care. Throughout the entire experience at multiple hospitals, Bill was by far the most helpful, most informative, most pleasant, and most knowledgeable individual I had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend this hospital based on the patient liaison alone, except that the rest of the staff and the facility were also exceptional to work with and made the experience the best possible.
