Do not use us bank! I opened a new account and then deposited a paper payroll check. They failed to inform me that it would be held for SEVEN DAYS! My rent and car note is due and I can’t access my money. Thanks for nothing I can’t wait to close the account and go back to HuntingtonnnUPDATE my deposit is still being held and I am still late on rent and car payment! F you us Bank. I hope all of your branches get closed down like the ones in Oregon!

Employees are friendly enough at the branch but hindered from being too effective by US Bank policynnNot enough windows or workers however to keep things flowing. It is, however, in a more appealing neighborhood to conduct business in than many of the other branches in the area.nnUs bank customer service itself isn’t always easy to deal with and doesn’t necessarily land you any results despite your efforts.
