Went here for Valentine's Day Brunch and got the Chicken and Biscuit with Egg and Bacon. It was awesome. Servers were great with our 5 year old and accommodated her with a portion size for a kid as there was no kids menu and charged just at a lower rate. (we knew this ahead of time but was not expecting the portion size.) Really went above and beyond. This place has 5 star servers and serve 5 star food. My new fav when I visit Columbus.

Poor management.nnDuring Columbus Food Week I always try to order from a fun, local place each night. This week is always a treat and I love getting to taste some of what this fantastic city has to offer.nnBased on their Food Week menu I saved Bristol for Friday night. I tried placing the order online (around 6pm) but it said the kitchen was closed. So I call the restaurant to place my order and am told I have to place the order online, then I am hung up on. Assuming I’ve done something wrong, I try accessing online ordering through my laptop rather than my phone, same “kitchen closed” message. So I call back, explain you cannot place an order online and am put on hold. After a lengthy wait I’m told a manager has said I cannot place the order via phone. Instead they want me to come to the restaurant where they will take my to go order.nnI live in the burbs, it’s a 20 minute drive to the Short North area. Obviously I’ve already committed to that drive and finding parking, but now I’m supposed to wait around for who knows how long while they prepare my order (on a gross winter evening, no less)? Need I mention we are in the midst of a global pandemic and it seems obvious responsible management *should* be all about keeping customers’ trips in/out as few as possible. And in all of this, they could have just taken my simple order instead of keeping me on hold and had it ready when I arrived.nnThere’s no excuse in this. What I was offered was a huge, nonsensical inconvenience. I’ve eaten here a few times in person and have generally been displeased by the staff who all seem to think they’re better than their patrons. Looks like I’ll just need to find better bbq in Columbus. I encourage you to do the same.

Nice place in the short North so parking can be difficult. The food is really good wish the portions were a bit more. And the service staff did a great job.

First time visiting!! Kayley (sp?) was a wonderful server! This place has all of the covid guidelines in place, and did a wonderful job keeping us safe and serving up fantastic food. Amazing bourbon menu, and the mac and cheese brisket dish was off the chainssss. Also the fried pickles were too. We'll be back very soon!
