IF YOU HAVE A LOAN WITH THIS BANK BEWARE!!!! They will switch your loans to higher commission vehicles if you don't watch them. I filed a complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Indiana Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The branch manager Josie Walsh packaged and sold my wife and I an SBA loan. Under the CARES ACT 6 months of payments, principle, and fees were to be forgiven. Only after I received a call from the Huntington Recovery Team that I was behind on my payments even though Josie Walsh said it was an SBA loan. Huntington will not step up and do the right thing and admit to obtaining the fraudulently.

I had the worst expereince with my identity theft that started with Huntington and from there worked it's way to my credit cards. They didn't help me at all and now I'm out a months salary. I will go out of my way to get people to switch from Huntington for the rest of my life because they made my life hell for 2 months.

The Tellers, Bankers and Customer Service Reps are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Huntington Bank also adheres to social distancing and wearing masks.

Why would anyone wish to do business at a bank that steals people's money? Case in point...my father died in July of 2017, and we held a joint account that became a single account upon his death ofc becoming mine by RTS...After notify the probate department of his passing, providing the DC, and notifying them of the account change, they still proceeded to withdraw his loan payments from my account for 5 months after my father's death. It took over a year for me to be contacted about the vehicle after giving them instruction to remove the vehicle from my property. Ironically it was not the bank who contacted me about the account, it was a debt collection law firm...I stated they could have the car when they returned the funds that they withdrew in a theft by conversion...I also stated they need to come up with a compensatory amount for the vehicle being maintained and stored in a secure location awaiting them to remove it...Instead they chose to hire SourceOne auto Adjuster's of Ohio to attempt to repossess the vehicle without returning the funds they stole...SourceOne, among other civil infractions in the attempt to repossess the vehicle threatened to have the sheriff show up to force the removal of the vehicle and as I told HNB's lawyers...take me to court...PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT...didn't work...Quite frankly, I am surprised this bank is able to operate and make the claims they make when it is obvious that they hire the financial rejects of other banks...I have attempted to settle this issue on numerous occasions but they simply refuse to return the converted funds. The best response I received to date was from the executive services department that stated quite frankly....you do not have an account with us so we cannot discuss this issue with you...Quite simply...this bank sucks...the employees I have dealt with are about as bright as the dark side of the moon...So consider this when you decide to bank with them....your money is paying for the stupid decisions made by this entity....like the $21,000 they lost over this vehicle because someone was too stupid to do their job...So I wish to really thank the customers of HNB...your fees and financial interest have made it possible for me to get a beautiful car for 10% of the actual loan value...and you all believe this bank makes good financial decisions? You would be better off to go back to burying your money in coffee tins and look for pennies on the ground because this bank will only cost you money and let's face it...we all wish to keep as much of our hard earned cash as we can...So switch to Chase Bank and see how much of a difference there is between an actual financial institution and a corporation that calls themselves a bank...but really is no different than a petulant child with a piggy bank that says they can make your money work for you...SMH....pure dumb@sses ;) Go ahead...sue me for libel and tell me what statement I lied about....oh wait...I am guessing your legal team is about as bright as your financial team
