Pet Supplies Plus Lancaster

Store is always spotless, which is surprising for a pet store honestly. I've had my pups groomed, used the self service wash, have had food delivered same day, as well as in person shopped and by far this is my favorite pet store. The employees are always super welcoming and always offer to carry heavier items to the car, if they dont just automatically do it for you! They even price match which is amazing.

I love shopping in this store. They have a great selection of pet toys, grooming supplies, medications and treats. I've never been disappointed when shopping here.

If you have pets this is the place to go. I have cats, dogs and aquatic frogs. Pet Supplies Plus is my one stop shopping for all of my pets. Customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The store is pet friendly and the employees were very welcoming to our puppy. The prices are a little higher than online, but that's to be expected for a brick and mortar store. There were good coupons that we were given when we adopted the dog from the humane society, but we had to sign up for a rewards club to be able to use them. Overall a good experience, but I was disappointed in the coupon restrictions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our sweet pup enjoyed the self dog wash - it was very nice!
