Just ordered my first glasses after cataract surgery. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I really am looking forward to getting the call they are ready. I was clueless what to order. The staff was patient, enthusiastic and gave me prices and numerous options. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday as a new patient at Clarkson Eyecare. The receptionistnWas friendly and helpful as was the Doctor’s assistant who told me what she was going to be doing as far as the eye test was concerned. I then met with Dr. Megan Fisher, who was personable, knowledgeable and listened and answered my questions without rushing. I then met with the sales associate to order my glasses, and he was also knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this office in Milford, Ohio.

Megan Fisher is so professional but also so sweet and down to earth. The rest of the staff are also verry helpful, professional and kind as well, I have never had a bad experience with them !nAny time someone ask for recommendations for eye places... I always recommend Clarkson Eye Care ! Keep up the amazing work !

I am a return patient/customer of this facility with a scheduled eye exam appointment that I took time off work to attend on 2/10/21 and arrived six minutes early. Upon entering the facility, I was immediately treated unprofessionally, rudely and condescendingly by not one but two women working the front desk. A minor issue was encountered and instead of listening and attempting to work through this minor and solvable issue, I was patronized and ganged up on by two of the most unprofessional people. I normally spend between $500 - $600 here but I walked out today refusing to allow myself, a loyal, paying customer, to be treated in this manner. My family, all whom have vision needs, will no longer be utilizing Clarkson Eyecare. The optometrist appears to be caring and skillful but I will not spend my money in a place that employs such unprofessional and rude front desk help; I will take my business elsewhere.

The OD was thorough and all 3 staff members that assisted me were friendly. They took good measures to ensure that the equipment and frames that I tried on were sanitized. Rachel, who assisted with finding frames, was especially helpful.
