Walked in without an appointment. Amy greeted us and gave us a tour. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with suggestion. Top of our list as of this afternoon.

I've been shopping around for toilets at all the box stores and even online and everybody's been out of them. I went to Winnelson and they had what I wanted.The price was much lower than I expected plus the fact they delivered it to I am very pleased with the service highly recommend.

Lowes plumbing supply lacked what I needed. Went to Winnelson and the guys working the parts counter were extremely knowledgable and made sure i left with the right part. I even called them when i was struggling to install and they pointed me towards some helpful guides to install the part. Perfect customer support!

This is a great place to go if you want Coronavirus. They have a sign on the door saying masks are required but the employees don't enforce it. I just picked up parts from there and counted 4 customers and 3 employees without masks on. No social distancing. I'll be closing my business account here. Being too scared to tell someone to put a mask on is pathetic and there is no excuse during this pandemic. I'll be reporting this business to the state attorney's office. Absolutely pathetic.
